In Friday's non-league outing, the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (Darien, GA), by a count of 61-5.

The Yellow Jackets (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Brantley County (Nahunta, GA). The Herons go into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record.

The Buccaneers now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Glynn Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. McIntosh County Academy will clash with a Terrors squad coming off a 53-48 non-league loss to Ware County (Waycross, GA). The Terrors record now stands at 1-3.
