North Carolina High School Basketball - East Burke edges Draughn

The East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC), 34-30 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cavaliers (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record.

The Wildcats now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patton for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8.
