    The Mountain Pointe Pride edged the visiting Notre Dame Prep Saints basketball team by a tally of 51-45 in Monday's league game.

    The Pride now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Corona del Sol for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 3. Mountain Pointe will play a Aztecs team coming off a 78-31 non-league loss to McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Aztecs record now stands at 0-2.

    With the loss, Notre Dame Prep falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Kellis (Glendale, AZ) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, December 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 1-0. Kellis won 85-14 in their recent non-league test against Peoria (Peoria, AZ)
