The Peabody Golden Tide basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Obion County Rebels to 50 in the Golden Tide non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Tide now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Union City for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Peabody will confront a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Jackson Christian (Jackson, TN). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Obion County falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Halls (Halls, TN) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-4.
