The Oak Grove Warriors basketball team (Hattiesburg, MS), was toppled 58-42 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Sumrall Bobcats (Sumrall, MS)
The Bobcats now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Purvis for a 4A Region 7 battle on Friday, December 15. Sumrall will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 62-41 non-league win over Lumberton (Lumberton, MS). The Tornadoes record now stands at 7-1.
The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Meridian (Meridian, MS). The Wildcats come into the 7A Region 3 battle with a 4-4 record.
