With the victory, Sumrall improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 13-1. Hattiesburg won 60-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Richton (Richton, MS)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Petal Panthers (Petal, MS) in a 7A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 5. Oak Grove will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
