With the victory, Richmond improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Westover (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Westover won 46-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC) in a 3A/4A Sandhills challenge, on Friday, December 15. Southern Lee will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Fighting Scots come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 50-42 non-league win over Lumberton (Lumberton, NC).
