The Meade Mustangs basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting South River Seahawks to 42 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Monday.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Severna Park for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Meade will battle a Falcons team coming off a 54-19 non-league loss to Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
The Seahawks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes come into the contest with a 1-1 record.
