Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lewis Academy Watchmen (Newberg, OR), 55-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Perrydale upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Pirates host Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR) to play the Mountaineers in a 1A Casco bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter won 57-49 in their recent non-league bout against Triangle Lake (Blachly, OR)

Next up, the Watchmen play the Livingstone Adventist Academy (Salem, OR) in a 1A Casco bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Lewis Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 35-32 league win over Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR).
