The Nimitz Vikings basketball team (Irving, TX), was routed 68-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX)

The Mustangs now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkner for a 6A Region I District 7 battle on Friday, December 15. Pearce will battle a Rams team coming off a 74-66 league loss to Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Rams record now stands at 2-13.

The Vikings (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region I District 7 battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Richardson trounced MacArthur (Irving, TX), 75-47, in a league battle.
