The West Tallahatchie Choctaws basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Water Valley Blue Devils to 38 in the Choctaws non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Choctaws now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmer for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. West Tallahatchie will meet a Dragons team coming off a 64-61 non-league win over Amanda Elzy (Greenwood, MS). The Dragons record now stands at 4-7.
The Blue Devils (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hatley (Amory, MS). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record.
