The Divine Child Falcons basketball team (Dearborn, MI), was routed 61-26 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI)
The Marlins now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marian for a Catholic Central battle on Friday, December 15. Mercy will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-47 non-league win over Brighton (Brighton, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Eaglets go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, St. Mary's Prep overwhelmed Troy (Troy, MI), 53-46, in a non-league bout.
