    • Texas High School Basketball - Pflugerville Connally knocked off by East View

    The East View Patriots basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Pflugerville Connally Cougars to 42 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

    The Patriots now sport a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Creek for a 5A Region III District 23 contest on Friday, December 15. East View will meet a Eagles team coming off a 52-46 league loss to Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-9.

    The Cougars (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Elgin, TX). The Wildcats enter the 5A Region III District 23 contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Elgin was outscored by Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX), 58-21, in a league contest.
