The Comets (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Colcord (Colcord, OK). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Colcord was ripped by Westville (Westville, OK), 48-46, in a non-league match.

With the defeat, Sequoyah moves to 1-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Miami (Miami, OK) to face the Wardogs in a Verdigris Valley match on Friday, December 15. The Wardogs enter the match with a record of 2-4. Miami lost 48-30 in their recent league match against Oologah (Oologah, OK)
