The Montgomery Central Timberwolves basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Central Academy Cougars to 25 in the Timberwolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Timberwolves now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anson for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Montgomery Central will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 69-44 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-1.

The Cougars (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bearcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record.
