Maine High School Basketball - Foxcroft Academy nips Dexter

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Foxcroft Academy Ponies basketball team scored a close 38-36 triumph over the Dexter Tigers.
The Ponies (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Wildcats go into the B North contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Presque Isle nipped Houlton (Houlton, ME), 59-14, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) in a C North contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Dexter will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
