Nevada High School Basketball - McDermitt thwarted by Smith Valley

The Smith Valley Bulldogs basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting McDermitt Bulldogs to 49 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Wells for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Smith Valley will confront a Leopards team coming off a 20-9 non-league loss to White Pine (Ely, NV). The Leopards record now stands at 4-1.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Tonopah (Tonopah, NV). The Muckers enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Tonopah ran past Carlin (Carlin, NV), 23-18, in a non-league outing.
