Ohio High School Basketball - River knocked off by Barnesville

The Barnesville Shamrocks basketball team scored 50 points and held the host River Pilots to 42 in the Shamrocks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Shamrocks now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellaire for a Ohio Valley AAA contest on Tuesday, December 20. Barnesville will battle a Big Reds team coming off a 84-81 non-league win over St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH). The Big Reds record now stands at 2-0.
The Pilots (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH). The Zeps enter the Ohio Valley AA contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Shenandoah was defeated by Caldwell (Caldwell, OH), 72-65, in a non-league contest.
