In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Bob Hope Eagles (Port Arthur, TX) basketball squad beat the host High Island Cardinals (High Island, TX), by a margin of 57-40.
The Eagles (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 7-8 record.
The Cardinals now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Chester for a 1A Region IV District 28 outing on Friday, December 16.
