Texas High School Basketball - Lubbock ripped by Midland

The Midland Bulldogs basketball team scored 100 points and held the visiting Lubbock Westerners to 49 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merkel for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Midland will meet a Badgers team coming off a 44-26 non-league win over Anson (Anson, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 8-5.

The Westerners (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Shallowater (Shallowater, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Shallowater triumphed over Seminole (Seminole, TX), 65-59, in a non-league contest.
