St. Agnes Aggies (St. Paul, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting St. Croix Prep Lions (Stillwater, MN), 55-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Agnes upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Aggies host Humboldt (St. Paul, MN) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Lions play the Nova Classical Academy Knights (St. Paul, MN) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 21. St. Croix Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
