Georgia High School Basketball - Washington County knocked off by Thomson

December 13, 2022: Sandersville, GA 31082

The Thomson Bulldogs basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Washington County Golden Hawks to 55 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westside for a AA Region 4B contest on Friday, December 16. Thomson will meet a Patriots team coming off a 75-45 league win over Josey (Augusta, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-3.

The Golden Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Josey (Augusta, GA). The Eagles enter the AA Region 4B contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Josey was outscored by Westside (Augusta, GA), 75-45, in a league contest.
