The Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC) basketball crushed the host Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC), 58-33 in Tuesday's league test.

The Maroon Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Blue Ridge Early College (Cashiers, NC). The Bobcats go into the 1A Conference 43 test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Blue Ridge Early College walloped Summit Charter (Cashiers, NC), 64-19, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cherokee for a 1A Conference 43 test on Friday, December 16. Andrews will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 78-59 league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Braves record now stands at 5-3.
