In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Gibson County Pioneers (Dyer, TN) basketball squad nipped the host McKenzie Rebels (McKenzie, TN), by a margin of 76-71.
The Pioneers (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Henry County (Paris, TN). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record.
The Rebels now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Huntingdon for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16. McKenzie will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-29 non-league win over Stewart County (Dover, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-1.
