The West Potomac Wolverines basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins to 54 in the Wolverines league victory on Tuesday.

The Wolverines now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South County for a District 4 contest on Friday, December 16. West Potomac will battle a Stallions team coming off a 38-34 league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 2-2.

The Bruins (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Spartans come into the District 4 contest with a 4-2 record. In their last match, West Springfield overcame Fairfax (Fairfax, VA), 48-16, in a league match.
