North Carolina High School Basketball - Tuscola knocked off by Franklin

The Franklin Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Tuscola Mountaineers to 37 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pisgah for a contest on Friday, December 16. Franklin will meet a Bears team coming off a 46-29 non-league win over Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Bears record now stands at 6-0.
The Mountaineers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Marshall, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Madison was outscored by Mitchell (Bakersville, NC), 66-30, in a league contest.
