North Carolina High School Basketball - Providence Grove can't hold off Southwestern Randolph

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Providence Grove Patriots to 63 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Davidson for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 14.

The Patriots (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ledford (Thomasville, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
