The New Utrecht Utes basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Telecommunication Arts Tech Yellowjackets to 57 in the Utes league victory on Wednesday.

The Utes now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison for a PSAL AAA Brooklyn I contest on Monday, December 18. New Utrecht will battle a Golden Knights team coming off a 104-43 league win over Dewey (Brooklyn, NY). The Golden Knights record now stands at 5-0.

The Yellowjackets (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Roosevelt (Brooklyn, NY). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Roosevelt was routed by Lafayette (Brooklyn, NY), 51-45, in a league contest.
