Maine High School Basketball - Thornton Academy trounces Noble

The Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) basketball crushed the host Noble Knights (Berwick, ME), 107-34 in Wednesday's league test.
The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME). The Scots go into the AA South test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Bonny Eagle was trounced by Portland (Portland, ME), 56-48, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Massabesic for a AA South test on Friday, December 15. Noble will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 50-27 non-league loss to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-1.
