Maine High School Basketball - Noble ripped by Thornton Academy

The Thornton Academy Trojans basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Noble Knights to 18 in the Trojans league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Windham for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Thornton Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 32-30 non-league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
The Knights (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Biddeford triumphed over Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME), 61-21, in a league contest.
