Washington High School Basketball - Klahowya bests Vashon Island

The Klahowya Eagles (Silverdale, WA) basketball toppled the visiting Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA), 60-47 in Friday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Kitsap for a non-league bout on Monday, December 16. Klahowya will play a Wolves team coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Vashon Island falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Pirates host Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA) to play the Cougars in a 1A Nisqually bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Cascade Christian won 72-56 in their recent league bout against Seattle Christian (SeaTac, WA)
