California High School Basketball - Anderson toppled by Pierce

Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA), 31-23 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Pierce upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Bears host Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, December 13. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-1. Red Bluff won 69-9 in their recent non-league match against Live Oak (Live Oak, CA)

The Cubs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Bluff for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Anderson will face a Spartans squad coming off a 69-9 non-league win over Live Oak (Live Oak, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.
