In Friday's league contest, the visiting Gordon Lee Trojans basketball team scored a big 55-21 triumph over the Gordon Central Warriors.

The Trojans (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Dalton Academy (Dalton, GA). The Pumas go into the A D1 Region 7 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Dalton Academy was trounced by Coosa (Rome, GA), 58-13, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Gordon Central will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 42-40 league loss to Darlington (Rome, GA).
