In their next game, the Stingarees encounter the Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) in a 5A Region III District 20 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Texas City will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 39-36 league loss to La Porte (La Porte, TX).
