The Pembroke Spartans topped the visiting Merrimack Valley The Pride basketball team by a final score of 55-47 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Lebanon Raiders (Lebanon, NH) in a Division II game, on Saturday, December 17. Pembroke will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The The Pride (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hanover (Hanover, NH). The Bears come into the Division II battle with a 0-1 record.
