Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) and the visiting Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH), saw Green's basketball squad hold off Lake by a tally of 38-35.

With the victory, Green improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Perry (Massillon, OH) to play the Panthers in a Federal challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Perry lost 74-41 in their recent league challenge against McKinley (Canton, OH)

Next up, the Blue Streaks play the Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) in a Federal challenge, on Wednesday, December 21. Lake will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 74-33 non-league loss to Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH).
