Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the John Paul II Centurions (Corpus Christi, TX) and the visiting Corpus Christi United Watchmen (Corpus Christi, TX), saw John Paul II's basketball squad overcome Corpus Christi United by a tally of 48-34.

With the victory, John Paul II improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Centurions travel to McMullen County (Tilden, TX) to confront the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. McMullen County won 52-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Charlotte (Charlotte, TX)

Next up, the Watchmen confront the Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Corpus Christi United will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
