Virginia High School Basketball - Parry McCluer crushes Eastern Montgomery

Parry McCluer Fighting Blues (Buena Vista, VA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Eastern Montgomery Mustangs (Elliston, VA), 59-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Parry McCluer upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Fighting Blues host Goochland (Goochland, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Eastern Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Pioneers come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 67-62 league win over Grayson County (Independence, VA).
