The Gorham Fayette Eagles basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Montpelier Locomotives to 36 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hilltop for a Buckeye Border contest on Tuesday, December 19. Gorham Fayette will battle a Cadets team coming off a 62-44 non-league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 2-2.

The Locomotives (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jones Leadership Academy (Toledo, OH). The come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Jones Leadership Academy was nudged by Delta (Delta, OH), 59-16, in a non-league contest.
