South Carolina High School Basketball - Horse Creek Academy thwarted by Pelion

The Horse Creek Academy Stallions basketball team (Aiken, SC), was toppled 35-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Pelion Panthers (Pelion, SC)

The Panthers now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blackville-Hilda for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 20. Pelion will confront a Fighting Hawks team coming off a 38-36 league loss to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC). The Fighting Hawks record now stands at 1-5.

The Stallions (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC). The Bearcats come into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record.
