Iowa High School Basketball - Highland knocked off by Wapello

The Wapello Indians basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Highland Huskies to 30 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mediapolis for a SEI - North contest on Monday, December 18. Wapello will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 68-40 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Burlington, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

The Huskies (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against English Valleys (North English, IA). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record.
