The Albany Academy for Girls Bears (Albany, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Mohonasen Warriors (Schenectady, NY), 86-37 in Friday's league test.

The Bears (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY). The Riders go into the Section 2 Colonial test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Ichabod Crane was trounced by Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY), 54-26, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Catholic Central for a Section 2 Colonial test on Tuesday, December 19. Mohonasen will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 60-23 league win over Schalmont (Schenectady, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-0.
