Harrold Hornets (Harrold, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northside Indians (Vernon, TX), 100-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Harrold upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Benjamin (Benjamin, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 1A Region II District 16 bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Indians play the Munday Moguls (Munday, TX) in a 1A Region II District 16 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Northside will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
