Kansas High School Basketball - Rawlins County can't hold off Hitchcock County

The Rawlins County Buffaloes basketball team (Atwood, KS), was nudged 51-45 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE)

The Falcons now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18. Hitchcock County will battle a Eagles team coming off a 66-29 league win over Loomis (Loomis, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.

The Buffaloes (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Wallace County (Sharon Springs, KS). The Wildcats come into the Northwest Kansas battle with a 5-1 record.
