The Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) basketball crushed the host Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL), 60-21 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Glenbrook South walloped New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 45-40, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Maine West for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Wheeling will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 38-34 league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 6-3.
