Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Thales Academy Apex Titans (Apex, NC) and the visiting St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors (Raleigh, NC), saw Thales Academy Apex's basketball squad wallop St. Thomas More Academy by a tally of 44-20.
With the victory, Thales Academy Apex improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Goldsboro won 47-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC)
Next up, the Chancellors play the Hawbridge Herons (Graham, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. St. Thomas More Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record.
