Montana High School Basketball - West Yellowstone can't hold off White Sulphur Springs

The White Sulphur Springs Hornets basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting West Yellowstone Wolverines to 36 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shields Valley for a C District 12 contest on Saturday, December 16. White Sulphur Springs will battle a Rebels team coming off a 45-28 non-league loss to Broadwater (Townsend, MT). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.
The Wolverines (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shields Valley (Clyde Park, MT). The Rebels enter the C District 12 contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Shields Valley was nudged by White Sulphur Springs (White Sulphur Springs, MT), 33-25, in a league contest.
