White Sulphur Springs Hornets (White Sulphur Springs, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Yellowstone Wolverines (Yellowstone, MT), 44-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, White Sulphur Springs upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Hornets travel to Twin Bridges (Twin Bridges, MT) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 18-0. Twin Bridges won 68-22 in their recent non-league bout against Charlo (Charlo, MT)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Granite Prospectors (Philipsburg, MT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 24. West Yellowstone will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Prospectors go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 43-34 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, MT).
