The Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) ice hockey bounced the host Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO), 5-0 in Friday's league battle.
The Eagles now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Monarch for a 5A Metro battle on Saturday, December 16. Valor Christian will play a Coyotes team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-2.
The Stars (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO). The Raiders come into the 5A Metro battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Regis Jesuit nipped Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
