In Friday's league match, the host Chardon Hilltoppers basketball team scored a tight 66-62 triumph over the South Rebels.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers meet the North Rangers (Eastlake, OH) in a Western Reserve match, on Friday, December 23. Chardon will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record.
